Marcie Rohr’s abstract contemporary paintings explore the connections between our bodies, emotions, and the spaces around us, helping us to navigate the nuances and complexities of our existence. Sara Faridamin’s photographic series A Lived Temporality captures the artist’s experience moving to three new cities over the course of 10 years, illustrating the relationship between cities and ourselves and capturing the rhythms of everyday life.

Two new exhibitions by Marcie Rohr and Sara Farida

Two new exhibitions by Marcie Rohr and Sara Faridamin opened today! The opening reception is tonight, 4 pm - 6 pm. Join us for conversation with the two artists and light refreshments (alcoholic and non-alcoholic options available).

Marcie Rohr is an abstract contemporary painter based in Vancouver. Her exhibition In Formation, hanging in the Main Gallery, explores the connections between our bodies, emotions, and the spaces around us.

Sara Faridamin is a photographer, also based in Vancouver. Her exhibition in the Eve Smart Gallery capturesu her experiences moving to London, Montreal, and Vancouver and illustrates the relationships between cities and ourselves.
